Abstract

This paper presents the board game The Next Generation of Change Makers, designed to develop an entrepreneurship competence in youth and adults. Based on the TRIO model, the game aims to foster entrepreneurial thinking, going beyond traditional entrepreneurship education understood as an individual phenomenon focused on business creation. The research, conducted with 86 students from a technical institute in South Tyrol, employs thematic analysis of responses to an online post-game survey. In line with the EntreComp framework, the results suggest that students developed entrepreneurial skills related to teamwork, idea generation, and creativity—competences that are transferable to both school and work contexts; however, greater difficulties persist in generalizing learning to their personal lives.
