The next generation of change makers: Desenvolvendo a competência empreendedora na EPT por meio de um jogo de tabuleiro

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta o jogo de tabuleiro The Next Generation of Change Makers, desenvolvido para promover a competência empreendedora entre jovens e adultos. Baseado no modelo TRIO, o jogo busca estimular o pensamento empreendedor, superando a visão tradicional da educação empreendedora como um fenômeno individual voltado à criação de negócios. A pesquisa, conduzida com 86 estudantes de uma escola técnica do Tirol do Sul, utiliza a análise temática das respostas a um questionário online aplicado após o jogo. Em consonância com o referencial EntreComp, os resultados indicam que os estudantes desenvolveram competências empreendedoras relacionadas ao trabalho em equipe, à geração de ideias e à criatividade—habilidades transferíveis tanto para o contexto escolar quanto para o profissional. No entanto, ainda se observam dificuldades para transferir esses aprendizados para a vida pessoal.
