Resumen

Este artículo presenta el juego de mesa The Next Generation of Change Makers, diseñado para desarrollar la competencia emprendedora en jóvenes y adultos. Basado en el modelo TRIO, el juego pretende fomentar un pensamiento emprendedor, yendo más allá de la educación tradicional en emprendimiento entendida como fenómeno individual centrado en la creación de empresas. La investigación, realizada con 86 estudiantes de un instituto técnico del Tirol del Sur, emplea un análisis temático de las respuestas a una encuesta en línea posterior al juego. En línea con el marco EntreComp, los resultados sugieren que los estudiantes desarrollaron competencias emprendedoras relacionadas con el trabajo en equipo, la generación de ideas y la creatividad—competencias transferibles tanto al ámbito escolar como laboral; sin embargo, se detectan mayores dificultades para generalizar los aprendizajes a la vida personal.
