Open call system

For the regular issues of the journal, the Call for papers is always open. This means that it is always possible to submit manuscripts to the Editorial Board. Manuscripts that pass the editorial review (technical and qualitative compliance with the journal's requirements) and, subsequently, the external peer review (scientific and qualitative evaluation), will be published in the next available issue.
