Résumé

Cet article présente le jeu de société The Next Generation of Change Makers, conçu pour développer la compétence entrepreneuriale chez les jeunes et les adultes. Basé sur le modèle TRIO, le jeu vise à encourager une pensée entrepreneuriale, en dépassant la conception traditionnelle de l'éducation à l'entrepreneuriat comme un phénomène individuel centré sur la création d’entreprise. L’étude, menée auprès de 86 élèves d’un institut technique du Tyrol du Sud, repose sur une analyse thématique des réponses à un questionnaire en ligne post-jeu. En accord avec le cadre EntreComp, les résultats suggèrent que les élèves ont développé des compétences entrepreneuriales liées au travail d’équipe, à la génération d’idées et à la créativité—des compétences transférables aussi bien au contexte scolaire qu’au monde du travail ; toutefois, des difficultés persistent quant à la généralisation des apprentissages à leur vie personnelle.
