Alfabetización Física para un Estilo de Vida Saludable

El reconocimiento por la Constitución Italiana del valor educativo y social del deporte puede dar un nuevo impulso al desarrollo de la alfabetización física en la escuela y en el territorio. Los recientes datos epidemiológicos sobre un estilo de vida sedentario en Italia exigen la activación de programas de Alfabetización Física (PL) para que se conviertan en un componente clave del aprendizaje permanente. El artículo ofrece una reflexión sobre el valor de la PL; la necesidad de distinguirla de la Alfabetización en Salud (HL); sobre experiencias en curso en diferentes países europeos. Por lo tanto, es necesario iniciar una verdadera comparación entre Universidades, Escuelas, Federaciones Deportivas, Organismos de Promoción Deportiva, Instalaciones Sanitarias y Autoridades Locales para organizar programas comunes y herramientas compartidas necesarias para la evaluación de las diferentes dimensiones de la PL.
