Pratica sportiva a processo educativo in età evolutive: Modelli e pratiche educative per la transizione dal gioco allo sport

Abstract

La pratica di attività sportiva assume un significato rilevante all’interno del processo educativo di ogni individuo. La Sport Pedagogy (SP) si realizza in una varietà di contesti, tra cui la scuola, l’associazione sportiva, la famiglia e comprende l’educazione fisica, l’analisi del processo d’insegnamento-apprendimento, gli studi sull’allenamento sportivo e le politiche dello sport. Obiettivo del seguente contributo è presentare i rapporti tra SP e Physical Literacy (PL), quali presupposti degli interventi metodologici che promuovono le fasi di transizioni dal gioco allo sport. La variazione degli stili d’insegnamento promuove negli allievi differenti modalità di apprendimento ed una didattica non-lineare attraverso la proposta di compiti aperti, trasferibili e adattati alla persona. La PL attraverso il gioco promuove la partecipazione all’attività fisica a lungo termine e la transizione dal gioco allo sport, purché ben sostenuta metodologicamente. Si presenta il modello Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) in cui è fondamentale l’approccio metodologico.
