Prática esportiva como processo educativo na idade de desenvolvimento: Modelos e práticas educativas para a transição do jogo para o esporte

Resumo

A prática de atividades esportivas tem um significado relevante dentro do processo educativo de cada indivíduo. A Pedagogia Esportiva (PE) ocorre em uma variedade de contextos, incluindo escolas, associações esportivas e famílias, e abrange educação física, análise do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, estudos sobre treinamento esportivo e políticas esportivas. O objetivo desta contribuição é apresentar as relações entre PE e Alfabetização Física (AF), como premissas para intervenções metodológicas que promovam as fases de transição do jogo para o esporte. A variação nos estilos de ensino promove nos alunos diferentes modos de aprendizagem e um ensino não linear através da proposta de tarefas abertas, transferíveis e adaptadas à pessoa. A AF através do jogo promove a participação na atividade física a longo prazo e a transição do jogo para o esporte, desde que bem apoiada metodologicamente. Apresenta-se o modelo de Desenvolvimento Atlético de Longo Prazo (LTAD), no qual é fundamental a abordagem metodológica.
