Educational leadership in the transformational aspect with a holistic and ethical vision compared to a mindfulness approach
Abstract
Educational Leadership in the school has had undergone many changes. In
Italy with the Law n. 107 of 2015 was changed the figure of the manager because
the school has become similar to a private Company, where the student
is centric exactly like a customer. In this study it would like to investigate
the aspect of mindfulness leadership in education, linking her to ethics
and to a holistic approach to be, on the whole, a big way to the necessary
transformational leadership that the new rules needs, which require effective
and efficient management. of the school in all aspects, managerial and
pedagogical.
