Abstract

Although the educational value of the work for people with disabilities has
been recognized, the debate around integration and inclusion of people
with disabilities within organizations is still open and lends itself to many
misunderstandings. This paper intends to highlight the different perspectives
by looking at the evolution of legislation governing the hiring of workers
with disabilities into organizations and their implications in the pathways
of individuals.
