Research of education and pedagogy: The lines of development and innovation
Abstract
Educational Research is meant to be the study that aspires to explain and
understand the cultural, technological and psycho-pedagogical models so
that they can inspire and accompany the school’s institutional and structural
reforms. In this sense, it is necessary to intervene directly on the basic
training of actors in the school, who are required to work through and for
innovation. This is a complex process that involves not only the institutions,
but also all the actors in these organizations and the ones involved in the
enlarged context, directly and indirectly. Innovation, therefore, as an evolutionary
process, involves the experience of operators, the analysis and decisions
of both public authorities and other interested forces. Therefore,
the resulting image involves experts, teachers, schools as well as political institutions
in a research community characterized by the fact that all of them
are learners and developers at the same time.
