Rethinking the idea of human capital in front of new geographies of work
Abstract
This paper focuses on three important points of reflection not only in the
academic debate but also in the economic and educational field, such as:
1) the link between instruction/education and the growth of innovation in the
ecosystem;
2) which are the training-educational investments for a culture of innovation;
3) how capability approach (according to thinking of Nussbaum and Sen) can offer a view of good idea of human capital development.
