Abstract

Attention to affective reactions is fundamental in the school environment, as emotions, in particular anxiety, can be of help or obstacle in the action of study and learning. For this it is essential that the student knows the various learning strategies and learns to manage emotions to know how they manifest themselves and understand what the causes may be. The purpose of this article is to present some paths, tools, materials and some strategies that the teacher, educator or student can use to promote the ability to manage and regulate anxiety.

There are different types of anxiety and that is why we must take into account the different levels of intervention. The work that can be done with children and adolescents can be psychotherapeutic, but also preventive or aimed at enhancing the individual. Psychotherapeutic interventions aim to help overcome emotional and behavioral disorders already in a full-blown phase, while preventive interventions aim to avoid the onset of such disorders or to contain them. The enhancement interventions, on the other hand, pro- pose an improvement in the quality of life with people who do not risk running into particular difficulties. For this, I will make use of the contributions that are offered to us both from a psychological perspective, which, albeit with limitations, has given numerous contributions at an operational level in the school environment; both of an educational type path that through methodologies and intervention tools allows you to deepen the aspects of anxiety regulation through tools and methodologies aimed at students, teachers or educators.
