The value of dual training in front of the new scenarios of the fourth industrial revolution
Abstract
The essay intends to explore the theme of hich will the role of dual learning face the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution, of the digital revolution, which cognitive posture we should adopt to face these new scenarios. The dilemma could therefore be to live in a world “addicted” to algorithms and technicalities or to keep a “right distance” through our critical thinking. And therefore which educational model can help to train new talents. Can work-based training contribute to creating a sort of “compromise” between “being digital” and “being human”?
