Os efeitos do ensino interdisciplinar entre matemática e educação física: Uma Revisão Sistemática

Resumo

A atividade física proporciona numerosos benefícios à saúde física e mental, afetando também a aprendizagem. Apesar disso, um dos principais problemas modernos é o sedentarismo. Crianças e adolescentes passam a maior parte do tempo na escola. Portanto, uma metodologia de ensino válida para se beneficiar dos efeitos positivos da atividade física e reduzir os momentos sedentários poderia ser o aprendizado interdisciplinar, que integra a educação física a várias matérias curriculares. Especificamente, este trabalho propõe uma revisão sistemática da literatura de alguns protocolos (n = 11) para investigar se um currículo integrado de educação física e matemática no ensino fundamental pode melhorar o aprendizado no domínio lógico-cognitivo. De todos os estudos analisados, confirmou-se a grande importância do ensino interdisciplinar, que liga a matemática à educação física, para reduzir os momentos de sedentarismo e permitir uma melhor atitude em relação a esta disciplina, derrubando muitos dos estereótipos que frequentemente a pintam como uma matéria complexa e abstrata.
