Criticalities and opportunities for teachers’ career development during their first in-service years
Abstract
This paper analyzes the professional development of the teacher in Italy during its most critical phase, i.e. between initial training and induction. By analyzing the data that emerge from recent international research, we will show the link between professional development and competence exploitation according to a perspective which focusses on teachers’ empowerment and work engagement.Downloads
