Abstract

When work takes place in innovative contexts, it involves creative and hermeneutical attitudes that highlight the generative character of action. Thus, organizations’ fundamental aspect is that of granting workers the freedom to access a wide array of alternative options, which help realize their functioning. By increasing workers’ agency it is possible to promote their empowerment in synergy with the increase of added value: this will result in workers providing better solutions to the problems they face, and therefore being able to seize the day, express their company’s creative potential and produce innovation.
