Participación Democrática e Inclusión Transformadora: Reflexiones desde el Sector de Educación y Cuidado Infantil Temprano 0-6 en Italia

Resumen

Este estudio presenta los resultados preliminares del proyecto "Pensare IN Grande / ThinkINg Big", basado en una encuesta nacional de profesionales italianos de la primera infancia. Anclado en el marco de competencias democráticas del Consejo de Europa y el modelo de "inclusión como transformación" de Hackbarth y Martens, el estudio en curso explora las prácticas inclusivas en los entornos educativos de 0 a 6 años. Los hallazgos preliminares destacan una fuerte cultura de bienvenida y colaboración, junto con desafíos en accesibilidad, infraestructura y formación especializada. La discusión pide una inversión sistémica, desarrollo profesional reflexivo y gobernanza participativa para apoyar la educación inclusiva en todo el panorama de los primeros años de Italia.
