Coordinamento, organizzazione e gestione delle risorse umane nei servizi alla persona: l’approccio pedagogico del Service Learning nell’università telematica

Il presente contributo offre un quadro di contesto al lavoro trasversale e interstrutturale della nuove figure che operano in ambito formativo nelle università telematiche: mediatori, facilitatori, tutor, consulenti, formatori. Spesso figure miste che ricoprono contemporaneamente più di uno di tali ruoli. Il contesto più indicato per inquadrare tali figure e, contemporaneamente, per definire anche il nuovo modo di intendere l’alta formazione a distanza, è il Service Learning, un’impostazione professionale che parte da nuove prospettive, con riferimenti etici rigorosi, ma che in Italia non è ancora sviluppata nei contesti delle università telematiche, dove richiede ulteriori studi e approfondimenti in un futuro immediato.
