Abstract

After long years waiting, in October 2017, the MIUR issued the first National
Guidelines for the execution of Law 107/2015 art.1 par.16, that it’s been discussed
lot, urging schools of all levels to turn the indications contained in
the document in actions, which means not only using them as a source of
knowledge, but also enforcing them «on the experience and on the emotional
and relational dimension» of the young students. The present contribution
aims, therefore, to demonstrate how the valorization of differences,
respect for the others, male and female, the management of emotions and
coeducation between the sexes, all proposed in non-stereotyped and flattened
teaching-learning contexts, but also creative and innovative, can help
to train in the new generations those necessary talents to develop an inclusive,
equitable and non-violent culture.
