Neuropsychiatric diagnoses and their 'effect' in the educational-rehabilitative context for minors in the light of some reflections of M. Foucault

This article aims at the need to investigate the relationship between the clinical and educational dimensions: for the specific needs of learning, for problematic conduct and behavior and, in general, for special educational needs, the different educational contexts have long known the integration of edu-cational intervention with clinical one. In such cases, educational projects are complemented by readings and indications of clinical specialists. The aim of this work is to make explicit the relationship, now considered obvious, between the diagnostic element, of a medical-psychiatric nature, and to identify and preserve the specifically educational element, to avoid the hypnotic effects of the psychiatrization of education as much as the devaluation of the neurospichiatric contribution in the educational action.
