Abstract

The article reviews the content of the Letters from Lake Como, written by Romano Guardini in the 1920s. The author’s sensitivity fully captures the contradiction between traditional cultural forms and disruptive technological innovations, which reverberate on the formative level, gripped by a profound structural crisis.
