The Management of Talent in the School of the Future, starting from the Leadership of the School Manager
Abstract
In this essay, after reflecting on the management of improvement processes
through the leadership, organizational skills and management of human resources of the school manager, we will try to clarify the sense of the role of
the school manager, as a promoter and guide for teachers of construction
of personalized paths, aimed at discovering and enhancing students’ talents
to transform them into skills. It is a matter of creating a collaborative culture,
with the primary task of coordinating and enhancing human, professional
and instrumental resources in the school as a service and not as an
apparatus. It follows the importance of the centrality of the person as a value,
as pedagogical evidence. In short, personalization appears to be the
main road to be taken if you want to guarantee the educational success of
each student since it is intended as an enhancement of potential, talents,
motivations, interests and attitudes, decision-making skills and construction
of pathways learning and growth co-constructed with the students
themselves, active protagonists of education.
