Capability approach for entrepreneurship for youth professional activation

Abstract

In front of the youth employment crisis, the Educational Sciences offer new
opportunities to reflect on how to combine the employability with the promotion
of young people competences and skills. One of these opportunities
is given by entrepreneurship education, through a new approach: by
using the capability approach for entrepreneurship, according to the teachings
of Sen and Nussbaum in terms of expansion of the person’s freedom
and the strengthening of individual agency, to go towards innovation, employment
and enlargement of the possibilities for professional and personal
development.
