First Training for Teachers. Responsabilities inside and towards the working context

This contribution centers on the context role in teachers initial training, as a pedagogical pivot meeting requirements for teachers personality formation, professionalism and sociality, in order to activate their agency process. More closely the relationship of mutual capabilities between functional skills of the teacher and his development in the school of autonomy becomes central: on the other hand the community reality in its interactive and organiza-tional dynamics stand pivotal.
