A responsabilidade socioeducativa das academias de futebol

Resumo

A recente alteração do Artigo 33 da Constituição enfatiza a importância social e educativa do esporte, equiparando o associativismo livre no setor esportivo à missão educativa das escolas, embora com abordagens diferentes. No entanto, as associações esportivas carecem de mecanismos de prestação de contas social como as escolas. Este estudo analisa o papel do futebol na promoção da inclusão social e do desenvolvimento pessoal. Quarenta e sete stakeholders internos de diferentes academias de futebol na região de Potenza foram envolvidos. Eles responderam a um questionário composto por 17 perguntas fechadas. O teste de Qui-quadrado avaliou as relações entre as variáveis categóricas e a significância das respostas. Os resultados mostram que as academias de futebol demonstram abertura à inclusão, mas necessitam de formação adicional para enfrentar desafios socioeducativos. Os treinadores deveriam assumir um papel educativo mais amplo, enquanto a Federação Italiana de Futebol poderia melhorar a formação para a inclusão social, especialmente para indivíduos com necessidades especiais.
