La responsabilidad socioeducativa de las academias de fútbol

Resumen

La reciente modificación del artículo 33 de la Constitución enfatiza la importancia social y educativa del deporte, equiparando el asociacionismo libre en el sector deportivo con la misión educativa de las escuelas, aunque con enfoques diferentes. Sin embargo, las asociaciones deportivas carecen de mecanismos de rendición de cuentas social como las escuelas. Este estudio analiza el papel del fútbol en la promoción de la inclusión social y el desarrollo personal. Se involucraron cuarenta y siete actores internos de diferentes academias de fútbol de la región de Potenza. Se les administró un cuestionario compuesto por 17 preguntas cerradas. El test de Chi-cuadrado evaluó las relaciones entre las variables categóricas y la significancia de la respuesta. Los resultados muestran que las academias de fútbol son abiertas a la inclusión, pero necesitan formación adicional para enfrentar desafíos socioeducativos. Los entrenadores deberían asumir un papel educativo más amplio, mientras que la Federación Italiana de Fútbol podría mejorar la formación para la inclusión social, especialmente para personas con necesidades especiales.
