Abstract

L’educazione fisica (PE) può essere considerata il fulcro di programmi scolastici di alfabetizzazione fisica (PL) cognitiva e sociale. Nella scuola primaria è fondamentale la PL dei bambini, sia per elevare i livelli di motivazione, fiducia e competenza sia per educare uno stile di vita attivo. Lo slacklining (SLK) si basa sull’uso di una fascia di appoggio, tesa tra due solidi sostegni fissi, che sollecita l’equilibrio del corpo e fornisce una elevata variabilità di movimento. L’ articolo propone situazioni di SLK con cui aumentare i livelli di attività fisica per ampliare la pianificazione curricolare, nella scuola primaria, e offrire ai bambini esperienze educative in cui sollecitare sia gli aspetti psico-motori sia quelli motivazionali e sociali. In altre parole, si tratta di coinvolgere i bambini, attraverso proposte coinvolgenti e divertenti, nell’acquisizione di uno stile di vita attivo che perduri anche nelle età successive.
