Résumé

Les activités d’orientation scolaire et professionnelle prennent une importance croissante pour accompagner les élèves dans le choix éclairé de leur parcours d’études ou de travail. Elles sont essentielles pour soutenir le développement de leur potentiel et réduire le décrochage scolaire et universitaire. L’étude présentée dans cet article vise à analyser les modalités de mise en œuvre des activités d’orientation durant la première année d’application des lignes directrices annexées au décret ministériel italien 328/2022. L’enquête a impliqué 46 enseignants référents, 190 tuteurs d’orientation et 989 élèves. Un questionnaire en ligne, comprenant des questions ouvertes et fermées, a été administré aux participants. Il portait sur les aspects suivants : description et efficacité des activités, e-portfolio, chef-d'œuvre, implication des familles et des intervenants externes, gouvernance des activités, et formation des enseignants. L’analyse des données révèle une diversité d’activités (rencontres, webinaires, stages, etc.) dont l’efficacité est perçue de manière différente par les enseignants et les élèves.
