Talentos generativos: Un mapeo sistémico entre la literatura internacional y el paradigma pedagógico

Resumen

La generatividad es una trama invisible que entrelaza la vocación personal con el destino colectivo. Sin embargo, en el corpus de la literatura internacional, aparece dispersa en corrientes disciplinares heterogéneas, a menudo carentes de una raíz pedagógica explícita. Este artículo propone un mapeo crítico de los principales estudios internacionales indexados en Scopus sobre el tema "Generatividad y Talentos", destacando sus trayectorias teóricas, los enfoques metodológicos predominantes y las recurrencias temáticas. El análisis bibliométrico y cualitativo pone de manifiesto la escasez de modelos educativos operativos, así como la desconexión entre generatividad y desarrollo del talento en los contextos escolares. A partir de estos datos, el artículo propone un marco teórico-educativo integrado para la formación intencional del talento generativo, identificando posibles indicadores de evaluación y rutas de diseño curricular. Esta contribución se inscribe en la reflexión pedagógica contemporánea como un intento de refundación sistémica y proactiva del concepto de talento a la luz de la generatividad.
