Talentos gerativos: Um mapeamento sistêmico entre a literatura internacional e o paradigma pedagógico

Resumo

A generatividade é uma trama invisível que entrelaça vocação pessoal e destino coletivo. No entanto, no corpo da literatura internacional, ela aparece dispersa em correntes disciplinares heterogêneas, frequentemente desprovidas de uma raiz pedagógica explícita. Este artigo propõe um mapeamento crítico dos principais estudos internacionais indexados na base Scopus sobre o tema "Generatividade e Talentos", destacando suas trajetórias teóricas, os enfoques metodológicos predominantes e as recorrências temáticas. A análise bibliométrica e qualitativa evidencia a escassez de modelos educacionais operacionais, bem como a negligência na conexão entre generatividade e desenvolvimento de talentos nos contextos escolares. Com base nesses dados, o artigo propõe um quadro teórico-educacional integrado para a formação intencional de talentos gerativos, identificando possíveis indicadores de avaliação e caminhos para o planejamento curricular. Esta contribuição se insere na reflexão pedagógica contemporânea como uma tentativa de refundação sistêmica e proativa do conceito de talento à luz da generatividade.
