Resumen

El aporte encuadra teorías y paradigmas de la educación no formal e informal en el museo. Las teorías educativas que maneja un museo se debaten entre teorías del conocimiento y teorías del aprendizaje. Un párrafo importante está reservado para las características del museo constructivista, que considera tanto el cambio social como la responsabilidad social para alcanzar, como objetivo, el crecimiento de la agencia y un correcto proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, respetuoso de las recientes teorías educativas y de los nuevos paradigmas de la complejidad. Esto con el fin de mediar la comprensión museística.
