Abstract

Today’s society imposes, today more than ever, for its complexity a pedagogical
reflection but also a specific action on the theme of job training. The
pedagogical perspectives in this sense are manifold and complex and intertwine
with not only social, but above all political and scholastic implications.
Along these lines, over the last twenty years, particular attention has been
paid to the analysis of the practices of “experts” and to the action of the
worker (teachers, trainers, researchers, sectoral operators, etc.) in order to
realize a practice reflective of one’s professional action. To do this it becomes
essential to capitalize on the biograficity of the worker as the possibility
of the subject to recognize and reconstruct his professional history.
Starting from these considerations, what future emerges for the training
and for the construction of the professional identity of the expert in action?
The essay aims to answer these questions.
