International Research on Teachers Education An update framework
Abstract
Programs for career development should take into account and enhance values, knowledge, and abilities belonging to teachers in order to make them agents of change with an active and educational role. Within the process of change, research identify and process effective development programs, in order to provide an adequate support to individual needs expressed by the trainees and their working community as well.The research on training directed towards professional development might really accomplish such a mission; however there are some mandatory requirements.
This paper explains different hypothesis on the topic, and constructs
them by giving an account of the specific research literature.
