O papel dos estudantes no desenvolvimento profissional dos docentes universitários: o modelo REFLECT

A formação de docentes universitários tem sido um tema particularmente debatido na pesquisa educacional por várias décadas. Os modelos de formação que se sucederam refletiram as necessidades dos momentos histórico-culturais específicos em que foram desenvolvidos. Atualmente, há uma necessidade de propor modelos de formação ecológicos, inclusivos e participativos em resposta à necessidade emergente de alavancar esses valores em nível social e cultural. É a essa necessidade que o modelo REFLECT, desenvolvido no contexto italiano específico, tentou responder. O artigo propõe uma implementação inicial e os primeiros resultados da mesma. Finalmente, discutem-se as implicações tanto no aprimoramento do modelo quanto em seu impacto em termos educacionais e sociais.
