Résumé

Le présent article explore l'utilisation de la bande dessinée comme outil de conscientisation pédagogique pendant la phase initiale d'adaptation aux services éducatifs de la petite enfance, à partir d'un projet de recherche-action mené dans un contexte éducatif spécifique du territoire napolitain. En dépassant la conception de l'adaptation comme un processus unidirectionnel centré presque exclusivement sur l'enfant, il propose un paradigme systémique et coéducatif qui valorise l'interaction relationnelle entre éducateurs et aidants. Dans ce cadre, la bande dessinée remplit la fonction de langage réflexif et de dispositif narratif multimodal capable de représenter symboliquement et de déconstruire de manière critique certaines configurations relationnelles observées, en particulier dans les modalités et les moments de séparation et de retrouvailles. Ces récits visuels agissent comme des déclencheurs de réflexion chez les aidants, favorisant une conscience partagée, le dialogue interculturel, la construction collaborative du sens et le renforcement de l'alliance éducative. L'étude souligne le potentiel transformateur et éducatif du langage visuel pour soutenir les processus d'autoréflexion et de collaboration dans les contextes d'éducation de la petite enfance.
