Research-Training, as a sustainable model for development professional learning
The contribution proposes reflections arising from the conduct of the re-search project The middle managment as crucial mediators of inclusive pro-cesses at school. The reflections refer to the issue of the development of professional learning of school leaders and teachers in dialectical relation to the methodological approach of Training Research (Asquini, 2018). The latter, in light of the emergency situation determined by Covid 19, is config-ured as a sustainable model in relation to inclusive policies (Booth & Ain-scow, 2014) and the theories of the teacher agency (Calvert, 2016) focus of the theoretical framework of reference of the project in question.
