The purpose of this paper is to develop an experimental model of micro credentialing for teacher training, aimed at developing transdisciplinary skills in the field of sustainable entrepreneurship. The specific objectives are twofold: first, to explain what micro credentials are and how they could help teachers in their initial (pre-service) and in-service (in service) training; secondly, to analyze the contribution of micro-credentials to teacher training in the field of social and sustainable entrepreneurship, in order to enable teachers to become promoters of a learning that stimulates change in the way of thinking and doing enterprise. Although the scientific literature on this subject is currently scarce, the analysis and interpretation of recent international studies have made it possible to look at the initiatives promoted by the European Commission and to apply the suggestions found in the literature to the development of the proposed training model. In this paper, micro credentials are not considered as antithetical models to traditional teacher training, but as their completion and refinement, in order to make acquire particular transdisciplinary skills.
