Reflections on the pedagogical relation: Architecture
Abstract
When we think about the spaces of education, traditionally, we still think about the traditional school buildings, and especially those of our childhood – 19th century style, often neglected and dirty. It is difficult to think the content rather than the container: for example, school furniture nowadays is not so different from that described in De Amicis’ Heart. It is a world whose adequate technical definition is still wanting at the stage of design because of the lack of pedagogical concern for the “learning environments”.Downloads
