The complexity of the current reality, characterized by environmental, economic and social tensions, and worsened by the pandemic crisis, requires signals of attention to the centrality of the person.
In the post-Covid-19 re-start period, paying attention to the value of diversity means staying in the transformations in a generative, synergistic and project-oriented way.
During the lockdown, women had to go through greater efforts, and experienced more suffering and precariousness, but at the same time the pandemic highlighted their essential role. They can be considered privileged interlocutors for drafting strategies in order to face the challenges of today’s society. This will be possible by creating new “places” for dialogue, discussion and participation, which can lead to an empowerment in terms of health and well-being.
In this perspective, a continuous search for new contexts, environments and tools for education is necessary, so that everyone can be involved through a capacitive key.
