Focus on Mediation and on Shaping Modifying Environments in Education Training. Experiences at school
Abstract
The aim of the paper is to focus on the main points of the so-called Feuerstein
Method from both the theoretical and its application point of view. For
this reason, it emphasizes the multiplicity of Feuerstein’s thought, which
makes the word “method” in some ways reductive. The author’s experience
gained in the educational field, especially in the Italian education system,
recommends an attentive prevailing approach to the relationship and the
aspects of modifying environment. Examples of achieved modification in
young groups of people, both at school and in other environments seem to
confirm the theory formulated by Feuerstein.
