Ensino inovador: Movimento para a melhoria psicomotora dos estudantes

Resumo

Este estudo explora o uso da Body Percussion como uma abordagem inovadora no ensino, com o objetivo de avaliar seus efeitos psicomotores nos estudantes. Combinando movimento e música, a Body Percussion pode ser integrada ao currículo de educação física. A pesquisa experimental envolveu 47 estudantes do ensino fundamental II, divididos em dois grupos: um grupo experimental, no qual a Body Percussion foi integrada às aulas de educação física, e um grupo de controle, que seguiu um programa tradicional de coordenação motora. Após oito semanas, os resultados mostraram uma redução significativa nos níveis de estresse apenas no grupo experimental e uma tendência positiva na melhora da coordenação motora em ambos os grupos. Embora o tamanho limitado da amostra exija estudos adicionais, a Body Percussion demonstrou ser uma metodologia promissora para melhorar a saúde e o bem-estar dos estudantes, sugerindo pesquisas adicionais para confirmar seus efeitos a longo prazo.
