Enseñanza innovadora: Movimiento para la mejora psicomotora de los estudiantes

Este estudio explora el uso de la Body Percussion como un enfoque innovador en la enseñanza, con el objetivo de evaluar sus efectos psicomotores en los estudiantes. Al combinar movimiento y música, la Body Percussion puede integrarse en el currículo de educación física. La investigación experimental involucró a 47 estudiantes de secundaria inferior, divididos en dos grupos: un grupo experimental, en el que la Body Percussion se integró en las clases de educación física, y un grupo de control, que siguió un programa tradicional de coordinación motora. Tras ocho semanas, los resultados mostraron una reducción significativa de los niveles de estrés solo en el grupo experimental y una tendencia positiva en la mejora de la coordinación motora en ambos grupos. Aunque el tamaño limitado de la muestra requiere estudios adicionales, la Body Percussion demostró ser una metodología prometedora para mejorar la salud y el bienestar de los estudiantes, sugiriendo investigaciones adicionales para confirmar sus efectos a largo plazo.
