Un modello di formazione per lo sviluppo professionale degli insegnanti

Abstract

Gli attuali modelli nella formazione degli insegnanti necessitano di una profonda rivisitazione e richiedono ormai di essere inseriti organicamente all’interno di modelli circolari orientati al progressivo miglioramento, che comportano una integrazione continua tra riconoscimento del problema, selezione di ipotesi, messa a punto di interventi adeguati, valutazione dei risultati, riesame. Lo scopo di questo lavoro è di descrivere le modalità tecniche e organizzative attraverso le quali è possibile attuare un progetto formativo capace di accompagnare e tradurre in pratica gli obiettivi individuati nei piani di miglioramento delle scuole per renderli oggetto di interventi mirati e funzionali al conseguimento dei risultati attesi. Un ruolo importante è assunto dai processi di modellamento guidato, integrati con esperienze dirette in aula accompagnate da “attività riflessive” di natura ricorsiva e, in tal senso, presenteremo le metodologie e le tecniche che, più di altre, possono rispondere alle esigenze di formazione. Ci riferiamo, in particolare, al microteaching e al lesson study che, se ibridati con il video modeling, potrebbero prefigurare una prospettiva di sviluppo per i processi di formazione degli insegnanti.
