El Tactical Games Model y los Small Sided Soccer Games: Una nueva perspectiva para el desarrollo de los componentes musculoesqueléticos en jóvenes futbolistas

Este estudio tiene como objetivo evaluar la efectividad del uso del Tactical Games Model (TGM) y los Small Sided Soccer Games (SSGs) en un contexto deportivo y recreativo juvenil, para mejorar las habilidades técnico-tácticas y la condición física musculoesquelética de jóvenes atletas. La muestra incluye a 29 niños con una edad promedio de 7,6 ± 0,72 años sometidos a un protocolo de dieciséis sesiones de entrenamiento. En las fases inicial, intermedia y final, se administraron pruebas para evaluar los niveles de aptitud musculoesquelética (FMS), las competencias motrices funcionales (FMC) y el rendimiento en el juego, utilizando el Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). Los resultados indican cambios estadísticamente significativos en Handgrip (HG), Supine-to-Stand and go (STS&GO) y Game Involvement en cuanto a habilidades técnico-tácticas. La adopción del protocolo TGM y los SSGs demuestra un impacto positivo en algunos componentes de la FMS, sugiriendo que el TGM puede ser una herramienta eficaz no solo para promover la salud general en los niños, sino también para mejorar las habilidades motoras fundamentales relevantes para deportes como el fútbol.
