We have come to the awareness that everyone must be educated in their entirety and it becomes necessary to develop structured procedures that aim to integrate the emotional sphere in the training processes.
It is essential to accompany the students to a full knowledge of themselves and their bodies; it is through this that children find the main way to get in touch with the reality in which they are involved.
Movement and thought, physical and mental activity, are closely connected and interdependent. Therefore, movement, considered in all its meanings, is a fertile ground for emotional development.
