world of disability with an attitude of dialogue. This attitude opens cultural and
territorial horizons non stopping only to our local communities, but also looking
to other Countries of the world. The focus on the world of work permits reflections, analysis and reasoning, and at the same time it always raises issues and new questions. It is from some of these questions that take the start of this paper which focuses three on aspects in particular.
The first concerns the economic and social context in terms of employment
of the two Countries considered, Italy and Brazil. The second concerns the
legislation about the inclusion into employment of people with disabilities and
the ways that allow this inclusion. The third focus is referred to the issue of lifelong learning. On the one hand, the paper’ll analyze the possibility or not for included people with disabilities in the working world to enjoy the training as other workers, the other part the paper’ll address the focus of the proposed training to tutors who help disabled people during the time of inclusion.
