Abstract

This paper presents the international cooperation work in Kosovo that involved
Special Education’s professors and researchers of the Department of
Educational Sciences of the University of Bologna. In particular, it sets out
activities and achieved results in the processing of new professional profiles
related to work for the school and social inclusion of people with disabilities.
Obtained the approval by the Ministry of Education of Kosovo, these new
professional profiles will be developed through the activation of a specific
master program that the Faculty of Education Sciences of the University of
Prishtina in Kosovo will be able to offer thanks to participation in this international project.
The paper also aims to launch some reflections and insights on two themes
that are a focus of attention in the Italian context, too: the role of professional
profiles linked to the inclusive education of people with disabilities
and territorial networks.
