Qualidade da Educação e Formação de Professores: Quais desafios para a República Democrática do Congo?

Este artigo explora a complexa relação entre a qualidade da educação, a formação de professores e os desafios enfrentados na República Democrática do Congo (RDC). Ressalta que a melhoria da qualidade da educação depende de programas eficazes de formação docente que abordem inclusão, equidade e diversidade. Ao analisar o panorama educacional atual na RDC, o estudo identifica deficiências sistêmicas nas qualificações dos professores e destaca a necessidade urgente de uma mudança de paradigma nas políticas educacionais.
