Calidad de la Educación y Formación Docente: ¿Qué desafíos enfrenta la República Democrática del Congo?

Resumen

Este artículo explora la compleja relación entre la calidad de la educación, la formación docente y los desafíos enfrentados en la República Democrática del Congo (RDC). Se destaca que la mejora de la calidad de la educación depende de programas eficaces de formación docente que aborden la inclusión, la equidad y la diversidad. A través del análisis del panorama educativo actual en la RDC, el estudio identifica deficiencias sistémicas en las cualificaciones docentes y subraya la necesidad urgente de un cambio de paradigma en las políticas educativas.
